The house itself is lovely, but we were uncomfortable with how little privacy we had. We’d been told there would be a downstairs tenant, which was fine, and we’d arranged to check in early after traveling for hours. When we arrived an hour early, he was outside doing yard work the whole time and felt like he was in our space. He showed us a bar we couldn’t use, and there was a fire pit we weren’t allowed to use because of “Ohio laws,” which seemed odd. When we asked for a refund, we got all kinds of excuses until my husband and the owner’s husband stepped in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want full privacy.

Another great stay, as always. Whenever we book, we know we’ll have a clean, comfortable home away from home.

Really roomy, clean, and updated, with a private, quiet setting. Great value for a group.

If zero were an option, that’s what I’d give.
