Courtyard Pittsburgh Greensburg

We found this one of the nicest places we've stayed. The front desk employee was kind, and everything was clean. There's a restaurant and a Starbucks on site, plus several other restaurants within half a mile. It's near the interstate, but far enough away that we couldn't hear traffic. We'd definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax my sore muscles, and I really enjoyed the fire pit. My room and sleeping setup were just what I needed, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with my needs. The Bistro had great breakfast options and delicious food in the evening. It's pet friendly and has a pet package for reservations. The location is handy for Petco, major stores and restaurants, and just minutes from great local restaurants in downtown Greensburg. I'd recommend it for future visits. I've already told family and friends about it.

I booked two rooms for three nights each, and the stay was a bad experience. One mattress was stained with urine. The manager refused to move us, replace the mattress, or do anything else. She told me, “it's a hotel, what did you expect,” and said all they could offer was extra sheets and another comforter. That doesn't make a biohazard safe to sleep on. The customer service and basic health and hospitality training here were shockingly poor. Avoid this place if you can.

I was here for a work trip, and the hotel was less than five minutes from my destination. Still, the lobby felt cold, and the front desk staff weren't very welcoming. The website said it had been newly renovated, but during my six-night stay I couldn't find those renovations. When I come back, I'm pretty sure I'll stay somewhere else for better accommodations and a better experience, even if it's farther away.
