Comfort Suites DFW North/Grapevine

It was the staff who made this place such a good stay. The shuttle driver and the people at check-in took time to help us find nearby places to go, and they really seemed to care that guests were happy. Housekeeping was great, and when my hairdryer stopped working, the front desk quickly brought a replacement up with a smile. The property was clean and well kept, the room was comfortable, and the price and location were both great. Breakfast was supplied too. This is a great team, and I’d happily recommend the place and stay again. Thanks, Comfort suites staff! You’re the best!

After missing my connection, I needed a room for the night before my next flight. I walked in late, but they still gave me the same price, and the front desk staff were really helpful and kind. The hourly shuttle was perfect and saved me some extra expense. I didn't expect a hot tub in the room, so that was a nice surprise and helped me relax. There's a Waffle House across the parking lot, plus a gas station with a convenience store.

The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day of travel trouble. I was unexpectedly rebooked after my flight was canceled and ended up at Comfort Suites near DFW. The front desk man, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, was so friendly and genuinely helpful. He even made sure I got onto the shuttle for my rebooked flight the next morning. It was stressful, but his attitude and the service made a real difference. A reliable place to stay by the airport. I'd recommend it.

The rooms were clean and met expectations, and the staff were friendly. The area felt safe and was well lit, with other, more high-end hotels in the same parking lot. Pricing was reasonable. Breakfast is free, but pretty underwhelming. Room service was a bigger problem. I was told it ran every other day, but the menu in the room didn't say that. On my second day I tried ordering from that hotel menu, rather than a regular third-party delivery service. The delivery service apparently isn't affiliated with the hotel. A quoted 45-60 minute wait stretched to nearly two hours, and then no food arrived at all because the driver wouldn't respond. It was very late and most places were closed, so I ended up using Uber instead. I'd consider staying again depending on the room price, but I'd know not to count on breakfast much or room service at all.
