The place looks nice and is clean, but the front desk service was horrible. I asked for toilet paper and trash bags, then for a blow dryer. The guy just looked at me and said he didn’t have one, like he was bothered that I’d asked. The bearded guy working during the day was no better, and spoke to me with an attitude. Their customer service skills are very poor. There’s no breakfast at all, so the comment saying breakfast was good is a lie. Don’t believe me? Come see for yourself and waste your money.

The room was very clean, even inside the fridge and microwave, and I appreciated that there was no smoke or vape smell. It had a decent-sized kitchen area, a good-sized fridge, plus enough space for a sitting chair and a desk with its own chair. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite and greeted us whenever we came or went. We stayed five nights. Being close to the freeway made it easy to get around, and there’s a grocery store about an eighth of a mile away. I was happy with the stay and would come back, though the shower only gave lukewarm water, never cold but not hot either. Also, the wooden window blind blocks most of the sun, but some light still gets in at 5 a.m. They need blackout curtains.

The rooms are very nice, and I didn’t have any safety concerns. But apparently vaping in a room can cost you your deposit because they have sensors. They claim it’s because vape residue is harmful, smelly, sticky, and stains everything. That’s not how vapes work, so it seems like the rule is just a way to get your deposit.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were clean. They don’t serve breakfast, just coffee, and there’s no cookware supplied for the room. You can buy some, though. Not a bad spot to stay.
