I often visit Charlotte for work, and this is my regular hotel. It's just off I-485, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. Across the street at Stonecrest Shopping Center there are Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Harris Teeter, and Target, which is especially useful on longer stays. The rooms are reliably clean, maintained, and comfortable, and check-in is quick. Benjamin at the front desk deserves a special mention. He's professional, attentive, and always greets guests with a genuine smile. He consistently goes above and beyond, and is a real asset to this location. I recommend the hotel and look forward to staying here on future Charlotte trips.

The only problems I ran into were an out-of-service ice machine on my floor and a live cockroach in the fitness room. Still, I had a comfortable and convenient stay and would return. I was visiting a friend nearby. The grounds were clean, well lit, and cared for, and check-in was prompt with a warm welcome. My room was spotless and fresh smelling, with clean, comfortable bedding and everything in its place. Breakfast was enjoyable, though pretty standard for this kind of hotel.

The free breakfast had lots of choices, and the on-site laundry was great, just $2 for the washer and $2 for the dryer. Parking felt secure and safe, and every team member was kind and sweet. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights on our way to Orlando for vacation, and we're so glad we picked this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed and more. If we didn't live so far away, we'd come back. We'll return if we're in the area again.

We spent Christmas here while visiting family. The second-floor room was very quiet, clean, and the room and kitchen had no issues. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast. I'd happily stay here again.

I was here this past weekend for a wedding, and the experience was amazing. I have a hard time sleeping late at night, so the staff's kindness and welcome meant a lot. Special thanks to Sam, who answered all my questions and helped however she could. 10/10.
