The location was the one saving grace, but I wouldn’t stay again. On our first morning the shower water was ice cold, and the bar service was abysmal. On Friday night, two servers mostly ignored us. They checked on us once, and after we said we were okay, didn’t return until closing. We had to keep ordering at the bar, and the checks were all mixed up at the end. Saturday there was only one server, who took 15 minutes to get our order at the bar, then wouldn’t make eye contact so we could pay. We left cash on the table, and only then did she acknowledge us and say “thanks.” At check-in, staff were showing each other TikToks and slow to handle requests. They ignored my request to set up a mobile key, so I had to come back down and ask again.

The breakfast was good, and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. I stayed one night this past weekend. An older woman working in the breakfast area, whose name I didn’t get, greeted everyone and asked if she could help. I told her it was lovely to meet someone who brightens your morning and does her job with a smile. She was a pleasure.

Austin deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond to help with everything I needed during my stay. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly, and the staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. The hotel had a pleasant, inviting atmosphere, and I appreciated the service and attention to detail. I had a very enjoyable, memorable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area who values helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

We came for the Cardi b concert, and the staff and room were amazing. Such a beautiful hotel, and the outdoor pool was lovely. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

The staff were lovely, but the customer experience needs attention from check-in through checkout. At $250 a night, I had a room beside an outside Aircon unit, a broken shower door that wouldn’t close, and damaged furniture. Breakfast was split across three areas, so we had to walk around gathering food and drinks, and two of the four hot items were empty. The lobby toilets were closed for cleaning at 8am in the middle of breakfast, which was just stupid. This doesn’t reflect well on the Marriott brand for me, and Marriott won’t be my first choice for business stays.
