The bathroom door handle came completely off, leaving us unable to open it until the next morning. The tub and sink were clogged too, which makes it seem like maintenance isn't being done. We also struggled with parking because the lot was closed for remodeling. When we finally found a space on Sunday morning, work was already underway near my car, and the workers had to clear away so we could leave at 9. We were only in town on the way to another city and couldn't switch hotels, but this was a bad stay. The rooms were old and unpleasant. We had to make arrangements because of the stay, and I wouldn't recommend renting here.

The room was really dated, and the whirlpool I booked looked bad enough that I decided not to use it. The lobby was as expected, but check-in took a while because the front desk person was debating with another customer about how long their drive had been. I left wanting a lot more from the experience, and I won't book here again.

We were exhausted from driving from Florida to New York, but the man who checked us in on December 20 was cold and nearly rude. The room itself was fine, though the bathroom had no real amenities and the parking lot light came through because the blinds didn't close properly. Breakfast cost $13, wasn't included, and had such poor choices that we passed. Other hotels on our trip included breakfast. This stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn't return.

You won't get much sleep here, with a nightclub next door staying open until 5 a.m. The staff were rude on several occasions, the rooms are old, and the carpet needs replacing. The pool was closed without any notice, even though it was one of the reasons we chose this place. Several pieces of gym equipment were broken too. A terrible stay, and I can't recommend it.
