I was here on business and slept better than I usually do in a hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very nice and polite. The hotel itself was very nice too. But the plumbing drained slowly for some reason, breakfast felt a little overpriced for what you got, and they didn't make up my room between nights even though I stayed more than one night.

The location worked perfectly for us. It was easy to get to downtown Grapevine, Fort Worth, and AT&T Stadium, and parking was never a problem. Everyone on staff was friendly and cheerful, even while working on Thanksgiving. We arrived early just to check when check-in would be, but they gave us a room before the stated time, which I really appreciated. After a heavy lunch I needed a nap, and the room was clean. The shower was great, with hot water. On our third night we asked for fresh towels; when we returned, there were clean towels and the room had been freshened up too. I'd definitely stay here again.

I haven't stayed here, but I use the airport car park service. It's great and really convenient for airport travel. I just wish they had pickup service throughout the day. There's no courtesy shuttle from 12 to 5 p.m., and there have been several times I definitely could have used one. Other than that, they're great!

We hosted about 75 guests for my son's wedding this past weekend, and I was amazed by how fantastic everything was. I tend to micromanage, so it's rare for a place to get a “wow” from me. What made a real difference was such an accommodating, cheerful team. Lori, the Sales Director, helped make it special, along with Brittany, Gabriel, and others at the front desk. Colleen was running the show, Edith looked after the breakfast guests, and Benjamin, the Bartender, served our last-minute group after it grew larger than I expected. He even worked unplanned overtime. My guests also had rave reviews about the shuttle service and drivers. I don't want to leave out the others I haven't named, including Rokia(?) and Mori. Wishing all my new friends at the Grapevine HGI well. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Latoya at the front desk went out of her way to help us and made checkout pleasant. She was friendly and professional, the kind of person I'd love to have working for and representing my company. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the breakfast area was super clean too. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.
