We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The staff were wonderful, from making the reservation through housekeeping, and the hotel was clean and quiet, just what we needed after a long drive. We were told the whole property recently became non-smoking. One side used to have smoking rooms, though, and those rooms may still smell a little. Ask for a room on the front side, where the rooms used to be non-smoking.

Angela, the property manager, is so sweet and accommodating. When available, she’s always given me an upstairs corner room so I can get the most quiet. I’m a travel nurse and often work nights, and they let me check in at 7:30am after a shift so I didn’t have to sleep in my car. I haven’t found another hotel in the Huntington/KY//OH area that does that. Travel nurses, especially night shifters, aren’t recognized by many places. This place has a big heart. Thanks for everything!

The front desk and cleaning staff were really nice and accommodating, and the room was fairly clean and comfortable otherwise. But the non-smoking room smelled like the wallpaper was made of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns on the toilet, tub, and blankets, and everything we brought into the room now smells like smoke.

I stayed for eight nights and had no complaints. It was quiet, safe, and well kept, with a refrigerator and microwave in the room and free breakfast. Dollar tree, Tractor Supply, A&W Hamburgers, and Qwik Trip Convenience store are right across the street.
