Rachel made our stay especially memorable. She took care to make sure we had what we needed and shared personal recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel at home, and the rest of the staff helped make the stay flawless. Our room was clean, cozy, and nicely appointed, and the pool and restaurant were top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, with modern comfort and classic elegance. We had one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, at Super 8 in Grayson, KY. I can’t recommend it enough and will be back.

We paid $100 for one night and were charged an extra $20 for checking in an hour early. Our first room was extremely hot, with the heat set to 78°, and the air conditioning wouldn’t cool it down, so they moved us. There’s no elevator, which meant carrying all our belongings upstairs. The new room had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, and the phone was broken and didn’t work.

It was quiet even though the truck stop is nearby, and the place was clean inside and out. The parking lot was well lit, and they allow pets. Both the night clerk and morning clerk were friendly, personable, and accommodating. It met all my needs for a place to sleep, and I’ll stay again if I’m in the area. Thanks!

The staff were friendly and professional, and my stay was quite pleasant. They mentioned that renovations were underway, but the place was still clean and quiet. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

After a 12-hour workday, all I wanted was hot food, a shower, a bed, and a damn TV. The cable was out, but nobody told me before taking my money. The front desk woman just told me to use the remote, as if I don’t program TVs for a living at grocery stores. My job tomorrow is right across the street, which is why I came here. They didn’t even offer to try a different room. If they knew the cable was out, why tell me to use the remote? Check everything within 15 minutes of paying.
