We loved the common rooms, especially the rec room with its pool table and jukebox, and the listening room full of vinyl. There was even a record player in our room instead of a TV, a refreshing change. Terri, the owner, greeted us enthusiastically, showed us around the house and its amenities, then took us to our spacious room. It had a king bed, a window seat, a sitting area, and a beautifully updated bathroom. With just five guest rooms, the house felt wonderfully cozy. Terri's complimentary handmade breakfasts were delicious. The location was convenient too, about three minutes from Great Barrington shops and restaurants, with easy access to skiing, hiking, and the outlets. The Berkshires are beautiful, and this is now one of our favorite getaways. We've recommended Granville House to friends and will definitely be back.

The suite was lovely, and I slept more deeply than ever. The house has beautiful touches throughout, a lending library of records, a pool table and game room, and a wide range of books. There's a basket of cozy Bombas socks at the door to borrow, plus a wraparound porch with rocking chairs. Just outside are an old church and a walking trail. Our hosts were welcoming, and breakfast had a great selection of hot items. I'd love to return when the Edith Wharton house museum is open. We did find a few good hikes nearby, including Bash Bish waterfall, with an easier trail on the Copake, NY side. Some restaurants are a 15-20 minute drive from Granville House. Highly recommend it.

Our snowy weekend at this B&B was a dream. Terry and Terri made us feel so well cared for, and their hospitality was lovely. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, from the gorgeous rooms with cozy beds and sheets to the fun lounge spaces. The homemade breakfast was incredible, better than what you'd get at most restaurants.

I just got home from my third visit to Granville House, and I LOVE it. Terri and Terry are warm, friendly hosts with great taste and real skill. The decor is beautiful and full of character, breakfast is delicious, and every detail seems to have been considered for guests' comfort. On this latest trip I dropped a diamond ring in the sink. Terri went above and beyond, taking the sink apart to get it back for me. Truly fabulous people, and an unmatched guest experience!

We only had one night at this wonderful inn, which we regret. Terri and Terry have used their talent and experience to make a fabulous bed and breakfast in a great location in the Berkshires. Highly recommended.
