The third floor smelled like marijuana for most of my stay, and there was noise from doors and other guests all around. The room itself wasn't very clean when I arrived. The recliner didn't work, the kitchen counter trim was coming loose, and the bathroom counter had cigarette burns. The sink drained so slowly I had to stop brushing my teeth and wait for it to empty. It also took ages for hot water to reach the shower. I was extending my week-to-week stay on Saturday mornings, with checkout due Sunday by 11. I had paid for a third week and was due to leave Sunday, but checked out at 8:30 Saturday morning. I was still charged another $77 because their system said I hadn't stayed the full time. I wouldn't recommend this place. Pay a little more and find somewhere nicer.

The area is absolutely gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were amazing, too. This is at the top of our list for the experience and the affordable price. Thanks to the GM and staff, y'all are fantastic. You won't be disappointed staying here.

We recommend this hotel to visiting families and coworkers. Its central spot along the riverfront comes with a relaxing view of the Missouri River, and the full kitchens work well for families or people staying longer. I give the staff five stars because Michael, Jen, and the onsite team really try to look after guests. I also base that on feedback from our guests and my front desk work. Dealing with online corporate, though, is where I'd give only three stars. They could do better.

Having a kitchen during an extended stay has made it easier for me to cook my own food, eat healthier, and save money while traveling. You need to ask the front desk for dishes and pans, and there isn't any dish soap. There's a free breakfast in a bag, but I skipped it and bought fresh eggs to make myself. The location is perfect for me, right beside a beautiful River Trail where I can run. Follow it left from the hotel and there's a city lookout about 15 minutes away. Pets are allowed, too. This is my first time staying in an extended stay place, and I like having a kitchen.

The rooms are clean and well put together, and the rates are affordable for the quality. The staff are amazing, professional, and friendly, and they add a lot to the warm, welcoming feel. I'd recommend it.
