I’m writing this after midnight, with more drilling and hallway talk still going on. The doors are so thin that it sounds like people are right in my room, and nobody seemed to be trying to keep their voices down. When I checked whether they were finished after getting into the room across the hall, I was told yes, but nobody apologized except that guest, who seemed to think the broken key card was her fault. Then the drilling started up again, even though it had been about 20 minutes since I was told they were done. The elevator was still thumping too. The trouble started with that elevator. My room was next to it, and the clanking was so loud it shook the bed. At first I thought someone was moving furniture and slamming doors. It continued past midnight, then woke me again when people went down for breakfast. Earplugs helped me get to sleep for a while. The next night, the neighbor on my other side had his door propped open. I could hear him coughing as if he were in my room, then yelling profanities. The front desk eventually came up and warned him that another outburst would get him kicked out and barred from returning. They seemed to know him, maybe as a regular. He did quiet down. After that, a woman across the hall began kicking and pounding on her door because it wouldn't open. The front desk couldn't get it open either, so maintenance was called. For nearly two hours I heard loud hallway conversation, more pounding, and drilling just before midnight. The front desk staff were great, and I had no issue with them. The room was adequate, but not comfortable: cramped, with a lumpy, hard bed, stains on the white bedspread, and a window that was nearly impossible to open or close. With all that noise, this was one of the worst stays of my life. I can't believe I paid for two nights of the worst sleep I've had in years. I'll never stay at a Days Inn again.

We left some prescription medication behind by accident. When we called two days later, they had found it and kept it for us, even though they didn't have to. The room was much nicer than we'd expected at that price, and the last-minute rate worked out perfectly. We'd stay again and will tell friends and family about it.

Harry and Krupa Patel made our return visit feel really special. I was there with my daughter, and the whole team took such good care of us. Kathy, Alyssa, Juno, and Armena have worked here for years, and their experience shows. They helped with practical things like scanning work documents and also gave us ideas for places to visit, eat, and events around the area. The owners are generous with guests and staff. They brought me hot ginger-spiced chai, something they also make for staff who are students studying late. That kind of care made us feel relaxed and looked after, almost like family. I'm a world traveler and have stayed at plenty of fine hotels, but this one stands out for the location, cleanliness, full-service breakfast, laundry service, experienced staff, and affordable rates. The service is fast, sweet, and clean, at about half what you'd pay at other high-end hotels. It felt like a refreshing mango margarita during happy hour. Thank you, Harry and Krupa, and the quiet worker bees at the best hotel in Greeley. My heart is full. Hugs, Naila Kling

The room was clean, but the breakfast setup put me off. Signs in the hall say not to take breakfast to your room and ask guests not to waste food. We prefer eating in our room instead of around crowds and dirty tables. Trying to control where people eat is ridiculous. We won't stay here again.

After an exhausting day of competition, we were met with rudeness and no basic respect. It was a disgusting place, and there were blood stains on my sheets. The worst part, though, was the front desk person yelling at both me and my wife. Our team had just finished a meeting at 9:10 on a Friday and was heading to their rooms. No one had given us a warning about noise. A rude resident started yelling at our children, though it was a normal Friday night noise level with 25 kids and a full lobby. When we stood up for them, the so-called manager began yelling at me in front of our athletes and other guests. I had to ask why she was shouting. I asked to speak with another manager because she was too emotional to handle the conversation, but she said I couldn't. Once the kids were already settled in their rooms, staff threatened to kick all 15 of us out, despite knowing every other hotel was booked for the busy weekend. Then she blamed our children for noise made by another team she had just seen come through the door. The disregard was incredible, and the whole thing was so unprofessional. It makes sense the best job she could get was at this dump. We will never stay here again. I've escalated this to our district so hopefully no other in-district teams go through it. I wish this were just about the revolting rooms, but it was even worse. Zero out of ten, maybe negative a million. It's disgusting, lol.
