The warm cookie at check-in was a lovely touch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My room was roomy and quiet, and the location made getting where we needed to go easy. The hotel felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

The dining was a highlight, with gourmet-quality meals and lovely options. Service felt personal, professional, and genuinely warm throughout. A flawless five-star stay from start to finish. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after comfort and elegance.

I stayed a week ago and had a bad interaction with the overnight front desk worker. I asked a couple of questions and got attitude back. She seemed tired, but that doesn't excuse being rude. I can't remember the name tag, though I think her name started with G. I noticed a dab pen on the desk behind her, which seemed very unprofessional. She smelled of alcohol, and I was sure she might be taking shots, though I don't know for certain since nobody watches her, as far as I could tell. I came back the next morning to see if I could find her, but had no luck. The worker had cheap box-dyed red hair and a spectrum piercing, and was very large. The other employees weren't easy on the eyes either, and everyone looked dirty. Not good for business.

The lobby is great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. My burger and fries at the lobby restaurant were good. The front desk and restaurant teams were very friendly, and the modern rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
