Breakfast was the standout, with loads of fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, hot coffee, pastries, and sausage. Of all the Hampton Inns I've stayed at, this is my favorite so far. I arrived late, but the well-lit lot and entrance made it easy to park. Josh, the night clerk, welcomed me and made check-in easy. Even with plenty of other guests around, my third-floor room was quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for its quality, with practical amenities, updated rooms, and impeccable staff. But there was no hot water. It was lukewarm the night I stayed and cold the next morning. For the cost, that's unacceptable.

I was told I couldn't book here again, which I find unacceptable. My uncle pulled the plug on my cousin before I could say bye, and I cried for a while one night until I could calm down. Because of that, they wouldn't let me stay an extra night. My girlfriend then had a seizure episode and asked for a late checkout. I had less than 30 minutes to make sure she was okay, pack, and leave.

On Jan 25 around 5:30 p.m., the front desk girl treated me horribly. She didn't try to fix the booking problems and only brought up more issues without working through them with me. I left the hotel because of how she treated me, and as I walked out she yelled “BYE” at me to be even ruder. It was below freezing, and with the road conditions I couldn't make it to my house. They weren't close to being booked out that night. I went up the road to a better hotel and had no trouble with any of the booking problems she seemed uninterested in fixing. I won't return to this location if she's at the front desk. Completely unprofessional.

The front desk man was rude, and the price went from 94 to 134 for me as a Hilton member. I had proof, but he was ruder than rude. I went across the street to Marriott, where they were amazing.
