Comfort Inn & Suites North Greenfield

The construction on I-70 meant backtracking a bit, but I’d still stay here again. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was great. Staff were wonderful, and breakfast was a good hot one.

Chlorine from the pool seemed to fill the whole building. I bought an air purifier to get through the night, but it barely helped. The smell left my throat sore and my eyes and nose burning. I won't come back.

I’d been staying here from 4/11/25 until 5/16/25 and had always had good interactions with the employees, including an older couple I took to be the owners. I planned to keep staying, but this morning I couldn't make the payment with my card. I had made a reservation for tonight while it was still available, and the woman told me to go to work, leave my things, and let them know. I called at 2:45 that afternoon to explain the card problem and said I'd collect my belongings after work. I’d been there over a month and had left my things unpacked as usual. When I came back and explained I couldn't stay and was there to get my things, a man whose name I don't know said I was taking too long and he should charge me. I'd only been there 10 minutes. I understand business is business, but after staying there for over a month, the way this owner treated me was appalling. I intended to stay again, but if that man owns the hotel, I won't be back.

Andrew handled check-in quickly and efficiently, and was friendly. Autumn was courteous and professional at checkout. The room was accessible, and there was a pool lift chair for people with limited mobility. Parking was free, breakfast was included, and getting there from eastbound I-70 was easy. There's westbound I-70 construction in april2025, so I'm not sure how that might affect your trip. Nice, clean place. We'd stay again.
