Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro

The location is convenient for quick bites, in a safe area, and despite being close to the highway, it was very quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the furniture was functional, with the feel of a typical Courtyard from about 5-10 years ago. The building itself is outdated with updates, and the stay felt average and overpriced. The room carpet was a con, and the shower had the worst water pressure I've experienced at a hotel. The card reader was down, so I had to key in information like it was 1980. The gym is missing a lot of free weights and could use a few yoga mats.

After a week and a half here, I feel at home. The courtyard layout and balcony doors give the place a community or apartment feel, and I was relaxed and happy, like I was living in an episode of Beverly Hills 90210. That atmosphere comes from the staff's care. Ashley has been professional and attentive, Alvin has helped keep things smooth and comfortable, and Johnny from maintenance has been consistently kind, helpful, and respectful to guests. Amy has been wonderful too, as has the front desk team across all shifts, even though I don't know everyone's names. Housekeeping and hospitality have kept my room spotless and welcoming every day, which matters a lot on a long stay. The whole team has made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Thank you for the kindness, hard work, and genuine hospitality. This has been unforgettable, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Greensboro without hesitation. It's the best hotel in Greensboro, without question.

Very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was the one problem. If your wife, daughter, or mother is staying here, she'll tell you she can't rinse all the shampoo from her hair. Just saying.

This place doesn't live up to the Marriott name. The shower was stained brown, and the hotel needs a deep cleaning. Clorox would've cleaned it if they'd let it soak. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet, and someone should be checking the work of the so-called housekeepers. For what they charge, they can afford to put a microwave in the rooms. I know it's another thing to clean, but having to hunt one down late at night is an inconvenience. Get it together, people, and take care of more than just the furniture market!!!! 🤬😡👎😡🤬
