The suite was spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas, and would be great for families. The front desk staff were absolutely lovely. The room was in decent shape, though wear and tear was noticeable even outside the door. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, with toilet paper visible in the bowl. The “engineer” took a long time to show up and was gruff when he did. Maybe he had a lot on his plate, I don't know. Breakfast only ran from 6am to 9am, and a later end time, especially on New Year's Day, would have helped. Also, why charge for parking here? It's not a big city, parking should be free. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C, heat, TV, remote, fridge, and microwave all worked fine.

I saw a staff member go out of their way to help someone whose travel agent hadn't actually booked their reservation. The hotel was full because of a large local event, but the staff member still helped them find a room at another hotel. That kind of care really stuck with me. My own stay this weekend was wonderful too. Everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served daily with a nice range of choices for anyone who wanted it. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was fresh and hot, with the widest range of options I've seen. The attendants were friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel is near the airport, I never heard a plane. The room was clean, well arranged, and in good condition. The furniture is a little dated, but comfortable and useful. The lobby was lovely, especially the fireplace.

The room itself was nice, though there was a strange air freshener scent. Breakfast was awful overall, with breakfast tacos as the main focus every morning. The breakfast meat changed each day, rotating between smoked sausage and potatoes and chicken patty sausage, but during my four days there was no bacon or regular sausage. They do offer dietary accommodations.

It felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel, and everyone was amazing. Breakfast was top notch. This was the first buffet where we could eat all the meat, including turkey sausage and beef hash. We hope to visit again in the future.
