We had to wait in the car for eight minutes because we arrived just before check-in and weren't allowed in yet. After getting the key, we found makeup stains on the bed and a completely unmade, trashed room. They moved us to another room, but it smelled of stale urine and cigarettes. The rooms also looked nothing like the pictures. People smoked pot outside our door through the night, and the trash truck started emptying two dumpsters at 1 a.m. and kept going until 6:30. By then there was no point trying to sleep again. The clerk was rude when we checked out. We won't be back.

The employees and service were awesome. Breakfast was basic but fresh, tasty, and enough. Our room was clean and comfortable, though there was no refrigerator or microwave. The view was awful, and the highway noise came right into the room.

The room smelled bad, and when I pulled back the blanket the sheets were immediately obvious as dirty, with popcorn kernels on them. The office chair was filthy and tattered too. In the lobby, the manager was arguing with someone about payment, while the other employee was okay but not especially friendly. When I went to cancel, the woman wasn't helpful at all and didn't apologize or offer anything to fix the problem. Just pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was nice, but they ran out of some items quickly and still hadn't replenished them by 8 a.m. The rooms didn't look like the photos, which was disappointing because we'd picked the place for the pretty purple color, my favorite, for my birthday and anniversary weekend. It's a decent location if you just need somewhere to sleep during a road trip or after a night out.

I love this place. The staff and service are great, and the location is great too. Dora, Dionne, Denisia, and Brittney are amazing, and housekeeping is wonderful. Definitely recommend.
