We had to move rooms three times before finding one that was clean and had working lights, a TV, and accessories. With no elevator, that meant hauling our luggage up and down the stairs twice before we finally got a first-floor room. The front desk staff could use more training in guest service and professionalism. I hope they improve these things for future guests.

We ended up stuck at the hotel when the power steering line on our jeep blew off right after we pulled into the parking lot. Home was still 8 hours away, and it was 10 degrees outside. The staff were incredibly kind. After checkout, they let us stay in the lobby until a mobile mechanic got the jeep fixed. We had a wonderful experience.

Just needed somewhere quiet and clean to sleep, and the room was both. The microwave was stuck showing "CODE" and "COOK" with 58 minutes on it, and I couldn't clear it, but we weren't there to cook anyway. 😴

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I was sick during the stay, and housekeeper Tracy brought me extra Kleenex and even left a note after cleaning. That meant a lot to me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There weren't any plugs for the sink or tub, though it wasn't a big deal. For the price, this is a great place to stay.

Days Inn is a decent stop after more than 10 hours on the road, if you don't mind a firm mattress.
