Crowne Plaza Hotel Greenville-I-385-Roper Mtn Rd by IHG

We found this place at the last minute for the Women's SEC tournament. We’d planned to stay downtown, but the prices were too high, and this hotel offered good value for the event. It’s close to downtown and other places of interest, and the staff were friendly. I’d stay here again when I’m in the area.

We spent our 50th wedding anniversary at Crowne Plaza, Greenville,SC, and Leo made it special from the moment we checked in. He was delightful, kind, and engaged, and genuinely excited for us about the anniversary. He went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, even offering free breakfast. Later, when we chatted in the lobby, he called us by name. The room was a little dated and dark, but nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I’m picky about showers, and this was the best hotel shower I’ve ever used, with excellent temperature and water pressure. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the Greenville area again.

Sophia was outstanding. I’m a Diamond Elite Member, and her professionalism and communication took my stay to another level. She has the qualities of a future manager. The hotel clearly invests in and develops its employees, and I plan to keep coming back. The rooms were great, and so was Ruth Chris Steakhouse!

Chris, the transportation supervisor, made the logistics effortless and stress-free with his flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care. The whole team was warm, gracious, and professional, and they made me feel like a valued guest. My room at Crowne Plaza Greenville was spotless, comfortable, relaxing, and well maintained, exactly what I wanted after a long day. The stay was excellent from start to finish. I’d absolutely return if I’m in Greenville and want comfort and a team that shows up for you.
