Reginald at the front desk was very helpful and gave great customer service. Check-in around 6 on Friday was quick, and the room was clean, though the hallway felt very cold. We were near Wawa and Pizza hut, which was convenient. The TVs were the main issue. Reginald fixed both at first, since our room had a pullout sofa and two TVs, but the next day both had no signal. The desk attendant got only one working. The lobby TV was broken too, so there was nothing to watch during breakfast. They really need to fix that. Breakfast was okay and did the job.

We got an upgrade, which was nice. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. It was close to everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was about what you'd expect, neither great nor lousy, and the prices were very reasonable.

The waffle station was right on time, and there was plenty of seating at breakfast. The options were okay, though I might have missed it, but I didn't see any water available. My room was clean and quiet, just right after a long day, and the front desk staff were super friendly and handled everything I needed. I'll be in Greenville a lot for work, so I'll definitely be back. Great job by the staff!

I've stayed here for work before, but this may be my last trip. Neither TV worked properly, and the WiFi was down. I reported both after the first night. The woman at the front desk was polite and said she'd let them know, but nothing got fixed. For what these hotels cost, everything should be working.

There was construction underway, but nobody mentioned it when I booked. That wasn't good. I also felt unwelcome at check-in. The night shift associate didn't greet me or acknowledge my Gold status. I had to call several times before he came out from inside. He could use more training in how to interact with guests.
