Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville

I was in Greenville for a family emergency, and Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Sandra made sure my family and I were taken care of. Seeing them first thing in the morning set a positive tone for my day. Their care and customer service were rare and truly went above and beyond. I’ll always stay here when I’m in Greenville. No Way Jose across the street is a fantastic restaurant too. Thanks, Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Sandra. You both rock!

The only bright spot was that some of the staff were really nice. They were so kind that I couldn’t bring myself to complain to them about our November 30 2025 stay. This run-down place reflects on management or the owners, not those staff members. The bathtub was stained and gross. I expected more from a holiday inn and was very disappointed.

The room was disgusting even though the lobby has been renovated. The hallway smelled like dog piss, all the water was brown, and there were tarps at both ends of the building with busted-up windows. The nightly rate is way too high for this property. And, lmao, the trap is right next door.

At 5:52p, I still had no towels or soap, even though I’d specifically asked for them when leaving for work early that morning. I’d checked in the day before, and there was no soap in the shower either. The front desk woman was rude and inconsiderate. The water is already dark brown, and they’re charging $789 for these overpriced rooms. I’ll be contacting corporate and the BBB to file more complaints.
