This visit was disappointing because my previous stays here have usually been great. Around 9 p.m., several families were gathered noisily in the lobby, and children in the pool area seemed unattended and were screaming. The noise reached our room and made it hard to rest. I spoke to the front desk in person and called again. They said quiet hours started at 10 p.m., which I understand, but the noise and lack of supervision still felt excessive. Guests should be able to count on some oversight for a safe, respectful environment even before quiet hours. Usually the rooms are comfortable and well kept. I hope this was just an off night and that management improves how these situations are handled.

We’ve stayed at lots of HIs, and this Greenville, Ohio location is the nicest and cleanest of them all. The breakfast was the best too. Terri looked after the breakfast service and dining area, and she was exceptionally kind and efficient. I hope we can stay here again.

For such a small town, the rooms cost more than in any of the surrounding big cities. Two basic parts of our stay were also problems: the tub in room 100 wouldn’t drain, and the room door wouldn’t close. I’d skip breakfast. There’s a wide selection, but it all seems like garbage, like choosing which dumpster to eat from. Even the juices are fake.

The breakfast offerings were varied, fresh, and delicious, and the breakfast area was incredible. Teri was such a gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed that morning. We had a wonderful, memorable stay in Greenville, Ohio. Thank you so much!

After an electrical fire destroyed our home, we were sad, but the hotel owners and workers were all kind and helpful and made us feel important. The continental breakfast they provided was delicious and had lots of options, which we really appreciated. I did laundry there too, so I didn’t have to leave the hotel. That made the place feel more like home. Thank you to the owners and everyone who works there!
