The lobby gave me the impression the hotel was clean as soon as I stepped inside. Check-in felt welcoming, and the gentleman at the desk spoke clearly and kindly. The rooms were comfortable and updated. There’s an arcade for kids and teens, plus a washer on site, though the dryer was out of order. I’d recommend staying here.

We came with two little kids, and the room worked really well for all four of us. The staff were so sweet and accommodating, especially with the kids, and treated us like family. Highly recommend, and we’ll come back next time we’re in town.

The room quality has varied a little across my several stays in Greenville, but the experience has generally matched what I expected. SureStay is affordable and conveniently located, and the staff seem to genuinely care about your stay. The other options in town are either cheaper and much lower quality, honestly unacceptable, or more luxurious and a bit pricier. SureStay sits between those choices, which works well for a budget conscious traveler. I’d stay again.
