Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center

Our room had a practical layout and a reasonably comfortable bed, but the shower felt like a flimsy prefabricated unit from a mobile home, and the bathroom handle and lock were broken. The pool was pleasantly not over-chlorinated, though its room was uncomfortably cold, and the rough floor scraped my wife's knees in the shallow end. To reach the pool, guests have to walk through the dining area, which feels awkward. Breakfast was decent for a complimentary meal, but a faint alarm kept beeping in the dining room. Staff didn't seem to notice until I mentioned it, and it took about five minutes to locate and silence it, apparently in the pool area. The hotel is conveniently located, with a Target five minutes' walk north. There was a homeless camp directly behind the property. Nobody bothered us, but seeing it affected the atmosphere. Our check-in started badly because the front desk representative was unfriendly, indifferent, and unhelpful. I felt like checking in was inconveniencing them. Aside from the location and breakfast, the hotel was average at best. It wasn't the worst place we've stayed, but we wouldn't choose it again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value. My first time booking through Expedia got me two nights for $122.00. The room was small, with a small queen bed, fridge, microwave, and bathroom, but it was very clean, modern, and artistic. The shower was nice, and the price was perfect for what I was doing for a friend. I felt safe and free of negativity, with no drug or criminal vibes at all. That's the only reason I'm posting this review. Thanks to the front desk person, whose name I didn't get. My dog enjoyed the stay too, and I saw other pet owners. The dog run was fairly clean.

Ken at the kiosk made my first kiosk check-in smooth and pleasant. He's knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Everyone onsite has been wonderful throughout my stay, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. I love Sleep Inn DTC and will be a loyal long-term visitor now. It's my favorite!

I was between homes and stayed for a week and a half. The room felt expensive for its size. It had a queen bed, desk vanity, mini fridge, sink, shower, and toilet, with tight quarters for two people and our luggage. The staff working at the counter and those in charge weren't that nice. The housekeepers, cleaning ladies, and maintenance workers, though, were fabulous and really friendly.
