The lobby looks nice, but the guest floors feel like a prison, and the place is outdated and smells bad. The walls are thin, the bathroom is tiny, and the property is too large for what Wyndham is. It’s overpriced, too, costing more than a Sheraton in downtown Denver. The building still has a Sheraton sign alongside mismatched plastic signs and logos, and Wyndham advertises free breakfast, but they don’t provide it. I’m not sure what this place is, but it isn’t Wyndham or Marriott. I’d stay at the Laquita next door instead, with its pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and happy hour. There are other better options nearby with nice properties and lower rates.

The food was good once I got served, but breakfast was confusing. The buffet wasn’t running, the restaurant staff were sitting in the back, and it looked closed. I had to ask the front desk, then walk a bit farther before I found someone who could serve me. For a work trip, check-in was quick and the staff were very nice. The outlets were well placed, but I assumed they’d have USB or USB-C and ended up charging my phone through the TV while it was on. That was fine, just surprising after other hotels I’ve stayed at. Those were minor inconveniences, and the stay was good overall.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and very nice. The staff made the stay especially comfortable and enjoyable, going out of their way to accommodate me. I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton and will definitely come back the next time I’m in Denver. I’d highly recommend it.

Good service and good value, with the dependability you expect from Marriott. It’s a stately conference center hotel from the 80s, clean and equipped with the usual amenities for a tier 2 hotel. There’s a Starbucks and car rental on-site. I stayed for a two-night layover on my way to Estes. You already know what kind of place you’re getting.

The staff were adequate, but there was nothing special about the service. The hotel itself was outdated, uncomfortable, and dirty. I was booked for a week for a conference, but left after one night, canceled, and moved to the hotel next door. I don’t recommend it.
