Everyone was nice, but breakfast this morning felt oddly nitpicky. I only took a bagel and a drink, and the attendant watched while I made my plate. I wanted to bring breakfast to my room, so I used the little cups provided to pour a mix of apple juice and water into my own cup. The juice is very sweet, and my cup was only about 12 ounces, while theirs were around 6-8 ounces. She told me I couldn't fill my bigger cup with her juice. I understand the concern about germs, but I used the provided cups to do it, and I could have taken three small cups instead. It wasn't some huge 30-ounce Stanley. Everything else was great, aside from the food and her attitude.

The room was really nice, and the location is perfect for me. But the bed was so hard that I wound up sleeping on the couch. Not sure I'd stay here again, which is a shame.

The whole stay felt more like a $50-a-night motel than a hotel. I arrived to find the website showing $95, but the front desk woman, wearing AirPods, mumbling and not making eye contact, said the price was wrong and it would be $200. She added that it was the last room and would sell anyway. I hesitated, but with no car and no desire to Uber around looking for somewhere else, I paid. A few hours later, two elderly guests ahead of me at the desk asked if their room had a shower bar. A different desk worker said she didn't know. After I bought a charger and returned to my room, those same guests walked in. They'd been assigned my room because theirs wasn't accessible. The first worker had said the hotel was so booked I got the last room, so I offered to switch if mine was the last accessible one. I waited for a call or even an apology for letting strangers into my room. Nothing. When I called to ask what was going on and whether I should move, the response was basically, “Nah, you're good. Sorry 'bout that.” That already left me stunned about how little regard there was for guest safety. Then, trying to sleep, I was woken three times by a man yelling, either outside my door or through an incredibly thin wall. I figured the desk must hear him too, with the lobby just feet away. When I called asking them to step in, the worker said nobody was yelling. I asked if she couldn't hear it and why I'd make that up, then she mumbled something and I hung up. I finally got some sleep with white noise blasting through my AirPods. In the morning I asked for a manager's contact and called Margarita the next day. After I explained everything, she offered me $40 back. I was out $160 for an experience so bad I wondered after waking whether it had been a dream. I could probably have had a better stay at a Super 8 for $40. As a woman traveling alone, I keep thinking how badly this could have gone if those guests had had bad intentions. The staff and manager don't seem to grasp how serious the negligence and service were. I'd recommend staying anywhere else.

Breakfast was a real highlight: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yes, sausage gravy. The room was clean and nice, and everyone working there was courteous and helpful. The building looked good when I pulled in, and the lobby looked nice too. Had a wonderful day here and would recommend the hotel.

Really comfortable stay, and the shower was the standout. No bathtub, just a walk-in shower, but the water pressure was incredible. After a long time, I actually enjoyed a shower that much. It felt like standing under a mountain waterfall, with water rushing from the hose all over you. The room was spacious, the king bed was comfortable, and the A/C was quiet enough for peaceful sleep. The Keurig was clean, and I liked the coffee and pod brands. The 50-inch TV had good picture clarity, though I wish it had built-in Netflix and YouTube. I managed without them. Good value for money. Thanks for a comfortable stay, and keep up the good work. I've saved it on Google Maps and hope to come back soon, maybe the TV will have Netflix connectivity then.
