There were lots of restaurants close by, and the lobby had a lot going on: beer on tap, a pool table, large TVs, a microwave, and a coffee station. The shower pressure was great. My one complaint is the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and they only had King beds.

I stayed four days and came away extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness, service, and billing. From the first set of double doors, there was a strong smell of feet that continued through the building. Large groups of contract workers were often sitting around the common areas, making it feel less like a hotel for vacation visitors. The room looked okay at first, but the shower was only partly cleaned and the floors were still dirty. After I spilled water, a napkin came up visibly covered in dirt. Ants showed up after just one night. We were told housekeeping came every other day, but our room was never serviced during the four days. Staff were on my floor each day, supposedly working, but never came to our room. When I asked the front desk for help, they said they’d “see if anyone was available,” and no one came. The housekeeping staff were unfriendly and wouldn’t help with basic requests like fresh towels without a translation app. A manager also mistakenly opened our door while we were dressing, which was a serious invasion of privacy. I was charged a $50 housekeeping fee for service we never received. A manager had said over the phone that it would be reversed, but the charge is still on my account. If I could give no stars, I would.

The room was just right, and I got the best night’s sleep. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the pillows. It’s a modern, clean-looking hotel, and the front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and informative. I even called from the room with a question, and they were happy to answer. They gave us bottled water and snacks when we arrived. I’m grateful we found such a nice place to spend the night.

We were woken twice overnight and again very early in the morning by loud music from nearby rooms, which kept this from being a five-star stay. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast, and we had a clean room, comfortable bed, and hot shower. The location is handy for restaurants and shopping, and downtown isn’t far. Parking is free, with two Level 2 EV chargers that you pay to use.
