Under Canvas Yosemite

We’re booked at another resort now and looking forward to Yosemite. I’m still disappointed that Under Canvas cancelled our reservation, but their customer service was top notch. I gave them a hard time and they stayed calm and shared really helpful information. Thanks for handling this professionally. I hope you’re able to open soon, and I understand this situation couldn’t have been avoided.

That huge Black Oak tree in front of the store was stunning. Inside, there’s a well-arranged display with lots of items, including Kraft items, camera items, photos for sale, and paintings. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They treated everyone the same, not just because I use a wheelchair. It’s a wonderful art gallery and store to visit.

Our reservation was cancelled a little over a month before the trip, leaving us high and dry near one of the most popular national parks in the US. It was horrible, and they didn’t offer any help with rebooking.

Like other people, our stay was cancelled a month before the booked dates. Under Canvas offered somewhere else in the area, but it wasn’t available for our dates, wasn’t comparable, and didn’t allow dogs. They wouldn’t move us to a later reservation, and said we’d have to pay a penalty fee if we didn’t cancel. Disappointed with Under Canvas and Hyatt.
