Quality Inn Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

We paid $80 and got maybe two hours’ use of the room, including the time we went out for food. I didn’t ask for a refund because they reminded us of their no-refund policy as we checked out, and I was too frustrated to argue in the lobby. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff, including the sweet woman who checked us in, were great. But our first room’s deadbolt wouldn’t latch, so they switched us without a problem. In the second room, the door wouldn’t stay shut unless forced. We left for dinner and came back to find it cracked open, though at least the deadbolt worked. Then after about 30 minutes, a mix of smells started burning my nose and giving me a headache. What finally did it was finding three roaches in the bathroom that ran off when I turned on the light. I usually don’t complain about a few roaches, since places can have some, but all the problems together were too much. We packed up and checked out.

Atemesh was amazing, so helpful, polite, and great to talk to. The rooms and staff were great too. I stayed for several months and never had a problem. I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and all the staff were very nice. Mr. Patel the manger was especially great and made sure we were taken care of. This is a very nice motel.

The bathrooms were gross. There was stuff on the ceiling, gaps in the walls, and caulk everywhere. Everything needed wiping down, cleaning, and repainting.
