The place felt like home, and I was comfortable there. My room had just been remodeled and even came with a small kitchen. Everything was very clean, and management was cool. There are stairs, so it’s not a good fit if you can’t climb them. I’ll be back. Thanks for taking care of me :)

I’d happily book this studio again when I’m in town. It’s about a mile from downtown Guerneville, close enough to everything, and the rental had all I needed for my trip. The bed was comfy, the shower pressure was great, and the kitchen had cooking utensils.

The cabins have so much character, and being there felt like staying at a wilderness hideaway. I filmed a wedding at the property, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It has a nice dock for swimming, kayaks, and other sunny day activities. The whole place reminded me of a lovely summer camp from the 80’s.

I booked four nights for Mother’s Day weekend three months ahead, then called a week before to confirm. The phone had been disconnected. The local chamber of commerce said we weren’t the first to report it, and it seemed the owners had left without notifying anyone with reservations. Emails went unanswered too, so at this late point I had to book a hotel in Occidental CA.
