The building’s condition is questionable and could use more work from the company, but the staff were really good and made for a pleasant stay. The price is affordable, too. The woman who checked me in deserves a special mention, 10 out of 10 for great customer service!

A good value for a night. The rooms are clean and nothing fancy, but if you book one by the water, the view is beautiful. We asked to change rooms and paid an extra $20, which was worth it. Breakfast was good in the morning.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the service inside the hotel was nice. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked specifically for one bed and a bay or beach view, but were given two beds and a parking lot view instead. That was really disappointing. We also weren’t told about the deposit until we arrived. It was fine, but they should have let us know beforehand. There was heavy police presence in the area, too, which made us uneasy. The room mix-up, poor communication, and surrounding environment made the stay fall short of what we expected.

We stayed for a weekend while touring the Emerald Coast. The price seemed reasonable for the amenities, and the rooms were clean with everything working. There’s a large outdoor pool right by the water and a private beach. Breakfast was actually good, with a range of food choices. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch, which had a very nice water view. Keep in mind it’s not a five-star resort and you should be happy here. It’s a good budget stay in a convenient location, close to the resorts and restaurants.
