Beach Club by ALBVR

Beach access was so easy, just down the elevator and across the deck in about a minute, and the water was crisp. Our toddlers loved collecting the scattered shells for a keepsake, and the members-only pool had plenty to keep them busy. We could get back to the Beach Club for their mid-morning and mid-afternoon naps, then head out for sunset walks. Keeping two tired little kids happy while still enjoying a family vacation felt surprisingly easy here. The other guests made us feel welcome, too. There’s a real sense of community and pride in the area. We loved the sunsets, pools, seashells, and thoughtful service. It was affordable and felt secluded, with everything included for our family. I could write a novel about how much I love the Beach Club. We may have found our new annual Gulf Shores tradition. See you next year, and the year after that!

We loved the house, though the walk to the beach was long for us older folks. I wish there had been a golf cart rental or something similar. The shuttle wasn’t running during our trip, and I’m pretty sure the guard said it hadn’t started for the summer yet. We stayed the second weekend in May.

I like having a pool and hot tub at each building, so the pools don’t get crowded. It’d be nice if they heated them in spring, though. The swings around the grounds are enjoyable, and the ocean views and gorgeous sunsets are lovely.

We just got home from four great days in Bristol tower. I’ve stayed there twice in the past two years and at least ten more times in earlier years. It’s always been great, well maintained, and away from the crowds. The sunrise and sunset views are fantastic, and the full kitchens have everything needed to bring in groceries and cook. I’ll definitely be back for another great vacation.
