We've stayed here several times with family and have had a blast each time. The condo is comfortable, clean, and easy to access, and we've always felt safe. Everyone has been friendly and nice. It's our go-to for beach vacations, and we'll definitely come back.

The rooftop balcony has great views, and the pool is nice. It's a quiet place, though pool security is very strict. After the gates close at night, you have to walk around the front to reach beach access.

The condo on the third floor was outstanding, quiet, and felt like a family community. The kids loved the pool, and we loved our stay. The beach was a healthy walk away. Our only concern was that the elevator was out when we had $200 worth of groceries to bring up.

We didn't get to the beach during our short visit, but the condo itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop terrace on the 8th floor was a nice spot for quiet reading, sunning, or cocktails. It was peaceful, and the beach seemed almost empty, maybe 50 people, with only a few beach houses nearby. That quiet comes with a tradeoff: most Gulf Shores restaurants are a 30-minute drive away. We had business in GS and were driving anyway, but if you're staying more than two nights, I'd buy groceries and cook in. The pool looked a little small for a building this size.

I have photographed many families staying at The Indies Condo for my family beach portraits, and everyone seems very happy with their condos and loves the balcony views. The drive through the property is quite pleasant, and guests have a community boardwalk to the beach.
