The host was very nice and accommodating, and the stay was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, and you can only see a little of the beach from the patio.

We’re spending our last night in 402 and have really enjoyed it. The lagoon, pier, and pool look beautiful from the balcony, and I loved watching my family fish from the pier. I’d worried that being across the street from the beach meant no good view, but the lagoon view won me over. Beach access is excellent, and it’s closer than at some beachfront places we’ve stayed. The condo matches the pictures. The two main bedrooms are spacious and have balcony access; the third is small and dark without a window, but the bunk beds suit kids. There’s a huge master closet for putting bags away, and that bathroom is wonderful. Bel Sole' is off the main strip, so it’s quiet but still just minutes from everything. Even though it was pretty booked, and our condo was right across from the elevator, we heard no noise from people coming and going. I messaged signature properties with questions a couple of times and got a response within an hour each time. They also checked in to make sure our expectations were being met. We’ll definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend!

The balcony views are my favorite part, with both the bay and the beach in sight. The condo is clean, quiet, and roomy, with a relaxing feel that’s great for a vacation. It works well for families, with several bathrooms and showers, and the kitchen is nice. The main drawbacks were having just one key per unit for beach access, which can be hard to coordinate with a group, and kitchen equipment that wasn’t very good. I love the place and would stay again.

Our family enjoyed staying in this well-kept condo. It’s very close to the beach, and there are both indoor and outdoor pools.
