We liked the balcony views of the beach, the location, cleanliness, comfortable mattresses, and the lovely wall decor in condo 578. The outdoor area and bathrooms by the pool were very clean, the maintenance crew was friendly and excellent, and we loved the LG washer and dryer. If we come back, though, we'll look for another unit. The front bedroom felt cramped because a sofa table was right in front of the closet. Half the closet was filled with junk, painting supplies, and an old door, and there was more junk in the table drawer. The painting looked poorly done. The shower curtain liner was cheap and kept sticking to us, and the tub drained slowly. Light coming into one bedroom disrupted our sleep; that room needed blackout curtains or shades, especially since the other bedroom already had them. The front door had no peephole, which felt like a security concern, and there was only one dish towel.

This updated condo sits right on the beach, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has an ensuite and walk-in shower, and the place is furnished with towels, dishes, utensils, and mostly everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sofa also pulls out for anyone who wants to use it. Our only snag was a stuck balcony door when we arrived, but after we called, someone came and fixed it within an hour. We'd use this beautiful condo again.

The beach is only steps from the building and wasn't crowded. Our condo was immaculate, the kitchens were gorgeous, and having washers and dryers in the units was handy. Staff were pleasant and helpful with suggestions. When we found a window ajar, it was fixed right away. Everything felt tidy, and I felt at home in my own summer place. I want to return every year and wouldn't stay with another rental company besides Brett-Robinson. Truly wonderful holidays.

We had an awesome beach trip. There was some construction in our building, but it was otherwise quiet and peaceful. The beach access was great, and on the first day the weather and waves were perfect. We loved seeing all the birds on the beach.
