We had pets with us, but still didn't expect to be put in a dump. The room was run down, the TV didn't work properly, the microwave seemed sketchy, the water felt slimy, and my wife found a roach in the bathroom. Air circulation was poor and the room got extremely humid after the first night. Service was okay at best, and staff can be rude when off the clock. The location felt unsafe to me, and I wouldn't let my wife go out alone. There were several people smoking things near the garbage bins, and there seemed to be plenty of homeless people around. It's right off the highway, but depending on your direction you have to make a U-turn. The booking apps only said pet friendly and didn't show all the pet fees. With the final price, a nearby hotel would have been cheaper. This place isn't worth anyone's money.

The noise was another issue. For three straight days, there was constant banging and knocking from the room above, and our complaint didn't lead to anything. The manager, Charles, was condescending and not accommodating at all. He had a smirk that made it feel like he was toying with people's lives. This place has a whole clique living there, and they act like you're staying in their personal home rather than being a paying customer. We were asked whether we had pets when we booked, said yes, and paid the pet fee. My daughter has a cat and my son has a two-foot ball python. After five days, maintenance came to check the smoke detector and the worker said, “Oh, y'all have a snake, I'm scared of snakes.” I don't know how he knew it was a snake, since it could have been a turtle, lizard, or another reptile, and it was inside a locked aquarium. It seemed suspicious. Now they're acting as if we lied or tried to pull something. It's a ball python, not a king cobra. The manager even said he could have accommodated us if he'd known. Why can't he accommodate us now? We weren't asked what kind of pets we had. If certain animals aren't allowed, they should ask or say so, and we would have stayed somewhere else. My wife thinks he was looking for any excuse to complain, for whatever reason. The snake is now in the vehicle, and it's freezing here. He seems more interested in controlling guests than accommodating them. You can apparently bring a 100-pound dog, but not a small snake in an appropriate locked aquarium. We're moving onto some property and had planned to stay here until things were settled. I've worked in customer service my whole adult life, including 20 years in the car business, and I know right from wrong. No one I know will stay here if I have anything to do with it. Look at my reviews and judge for yourself, I'm more than fair. Guest beware! 💯

This place can save you a lot of money if you can manage the conditions. It's an extended-stay hotel, and the price helps if you're staying a month or more. It's a discounted efficiency, so I don't expect five-star treatment, but a proper clean and pest control should be basic priorities, and they aren't. On arrival, there were old-looking spills on the floor, so we had to mop before taking our shoes off. At least there was no carpet. The mop came up black. Bring or buy supplies to mop, clean, and disinfect the whole room. We also saw roaches at check-in and now and then during the last three weeks, even though we sprayed and mopped daily and wiped everything down. You could eat off the floor after all that, though I wouldn't recommend it. I can only imagine what we'd see if we didn't clean every day. No one cleans the rooms, so you'll need to do it yourself. Bring pest spray, use it after cleaning, and don't leave trash or any food in the room. Empty your trash. I doubt this review will change anything, but those steps may help if you have to stay here.

I managed to make the best of my 14-day work stay, but the dryer was a problem. I spent $4 and some change, ran it for an hour, and my clothes were still wet. Staff told me to call the number on the machine because they don't handle it. The other issue was the lack of a 24-hour desk, or often anyone at the desk at all, which led to unnecessary waits.

We've been here eight months and counting. The rooms are comfortable, and both the AC and heater work great. There's laundry on site, so you have what you need in one place while traveling. The staff feel like family and are there whenever you need them, day or night, always with a smile.
