The coffee station by the entrance was a favorite, always stocked and ready, which made mornings easy. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The lobby, dining, and bar areas felt welcoming. My family and I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for a weekend visit with a relative, and the experience was enjoyable throughout. Camille and Malinda at the front desk deserve special recognition for being kind and welcoming. They even texted to check that we had everything we needed at check-in and during the stay. We appreciated the efficient service and genuine care, and would definitely return.

The shuttle made getting around easy, and Rebecca Blanton, the driver, was friendly and professional. We had a great conversation, and I’ll tip her double next time! The hotel was quiet and enjoyable, everything was well organized, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

The staff were exceptional, and the location is excellent for anyone using the CRTC. The rooms feel dated, with a small, old bathroom. The hotel needs a complete makeover if it wants to keep the Hilton name.

When the hotel shuttle wasn’t available, I needed a ride back from the casino. Front Desk Supervisor Malinda Barnett arranged an Uber for me herself, making sure I got back safely and without stress. She acted right away instead of just apologizing, and that kind of problem solving and attention to guests is rare. Throughout the stay Malinda was warm, professional, and committed to making things go well. People like her make an ordinary hotel visit memorable, and her leadership and focus on customers are a real asset to Hilton. Thank you for the outstanding service, Malinda, it didn’t go unnoticed.
