The staff were friendly and refunded us, but it was really disappointing after paying $200 a night. We expected much better. As soon as we entered the bathroom, we saw mildew or mold on the ceiling. The hallways smelled and weren’t very clean either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

It was exactly what I needed for a night, a clean, comfy place to crash. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the price was reasonable. My pet-friendly room was outside and very cold, taking a couple of hours to warm up. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. It wasn’t fancy, and I left too early to try breakfast.

For the price, everything was great. The room seemed to have been updated fairly recently and was comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. It was my first stay here, but I’ll consider coming back next time I’m in Gunnison.

The Bustang stops right at the door, and they serve a hot breakfast with bacon. The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were wonderful, and there’s HBO. A perfect budget honeymoon spot. E
