Before we even went inside, there were drug users around the whole building. Inside, there were cockroaches crawling over nearly everything. The sheets had yellow stains, and the walls were stained from smoking. The entire building smelled of cigarettes, and there was an ashtray full of ashes on the table. Almost everything was broken: lamps, air conditioning, doors and knobs, sinks, and the shower. There were holes in the walls, too. This hotel is the worst. If I could, I’d give it a big fat zero.

Roaches got into my bags, which was nasty, and I couldn’t even sleep. There were huge, disgusting spiders, too. The bathroom was small, the tub was filthy, and all the bedding and towels were nasty and damaged. I was so happy to leave and will never come back. Sad that this place is part of the Wyndham rewards program. The new management did nothing to upgrade the motel or make it worth returning to. The roaches traveled in my belongings.

The room was clean, the staff were more than accommodating, and the continental breakfast was more than I could ask for. They accepted my card, unlike the nearby Ramada. They also found me a room based on my preferences at check-in and listened to my feedback. For the price, it was absolutely amazing. I wish I’d booked here for the whole weekend instead of listening to the other reviews.

The room wasn’t fully clean, and I always wipe down hotel rooms when we stay. This one was the worst. I’ll never go there again. When we checked in, I asked about late checkout and was told it would be fine. In the morning they said we couldn’t stay late unless we paid for another full night. All we wanted was an extra hour and a half of sleep.
