I broke down with my camper and had to wait for a company to come pick it up. I was a mess, and the people at this hotel did all they could to make the stay comfortable. Josh, Hope, Jamie, Katrina, Queen, John, and the rest of the staff really stood out and went above and beyond. They were awesome, and I’m grateful for the great customer service. Radina’s, the bakery and coffee shop right next door, were understanding too. Thank you all for everything. I’d give this hotel more than five stars if I could.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is near the freeway and railroad tracks. A train engine blared its horn a few times before 10pm, then it stopped. The parking spaces are really narrow. If you’re worried about a door ding, you may want to park farther away.

The staff were nice, and everything in the room worked OK, though the place felt a bit run down. I’d stay again. It isn’t super expensive, and the quality is better than most for what you pay.

The location worked well for seeing the Festival of Lights at Christmas, and the staff were friendly. The beds were firmer than I’d like, but they brought extra pillows when we asked.

This seems to be the nicer Holiday Inn in town, the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. It looks much newer than the other one, so it comes across as cleaner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a pool and a small gym. I heard they serve hot breakfast in the morning, but I wasn’t around to try it. Nothing gave me reason to complain. It was all pleasantly normal, and there are plenty of useful things nearby, like a gas station, coffee shop, and mall. A good place to stay in town.
