It’s a quiet place right off the interstate, with fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby, and a good stop on the way to the Gatlinburg area. We stayed one night in a King room with a jacuzzi, which was clean and smelled fresh. Lynn at the desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast runs from 6 to 9, with hot items like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with pastries. The lobby area is among the parts being updated. I thought it was good value, and free parking and Wi-Fi were included. We’ll be back.

The staff really made the stay worthwhile. Everyone was incredible and did what they could to accommodate us, and the main area was clean. The hot tub wasn’t hot and didn’t work very well, but after I reported it, maintenance fixed the issue pretty quickly. Staying there took a lot of patience, but it was manageable.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a great breakfast, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. We chose it as a cheaper option than staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location worked well, still less than 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and it was close to one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten at.

There’s a Pilot and a few fast food places nearby, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and complimentary breakfast. They also have an amazing espresso machine available 24/7.

Lynn at reception went above and beyond to get me the right room, so a shout-out to her. The hotel was nice, and I liked the coffee machine and waffle maker at the complimentary buffet breakfast.
