Sleep Inn & Suites Guthrie - Edmond North

We were charged $90, but the breakfast was just frozen sandwiches and a waffle maker, and the room had bugs. About eight hours after we arrived, my toddler and I had noticeable bed bug bites. I usually check motel beds, but it was 4 am and I only needed a quick sleep before getting back on the road. The bathroom smelled like mildew, and the door wouldn't shut all the way. There were what looked like breaks hidden by a horrible paint job. When we showered, we found black hairs on the towels, and the shower was slippery.

The bed was just right, neither too hard nor too soft, and everything was clean. Shower pressure was great, though the floor got slippery; there were handles all around for support. The coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave were handy. I also liked the unusual round wall and pocket door separating the toilet room.

The price was great, and the breakfast and coffee were good. The hotel was actually very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff were helpful and nice.

The room's interior was lovely, a pleasant surprise, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. Breakfast had yogurt and cereal too, though most of it was sandwiches that needed microwaving.
