I traveled solo from Boston for work and would absolutely stay here again. The location is so convenient, with Big Y, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Trader Joes, and all sorts of fast food and restaurants, including Chinese, Vietnamese, American, and Mexican, just 4-5 minutes away. Every employee I met, from the hallway and housekeeping staff to the front desk, was incredibly friendly. I was able to check in early, and my room was spacious and immaculate, with a huge bathroom and shower. The hills outside made for serene views. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, though the hot tub could be hotter.

In early January 2026 I stayed at the Courtyard in Hadley for a conference at Amherst College. The walk to campus would have been easy at another time of year, but icy sidewalks made it a bit difficult. I'd still book here again, even in January, thanks to the exceptional front desk and housekeeping teams. I lost a small gold necklace in my room, and it could easily have gone unnoticed, but housekeeping turned it in promptly and kept it safe. Jayden at the front desk was kind and compassionate, especially since the necklace had sentimental value. Jayden checked with housekeeping right away and arranged its return. That kind of integrity means a lot to me. I'm very happy to recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Hadley.

Pretty good for a vacation, I think. I had a tiny room, at least the one I was given, and there wasn't enough space for all my work trip supplies. Also, having no breakfast included is a big drawback when traveling for work.

We had a quiet stay and would come back. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The rugs and couch looked new and were in excellent condition, and the air conditioner worked well. One small suggestion: a shelf under the sink or mirror in the bathroom would give toiletries somewhere to go besides the countertop. Just an idea to make the room a little more comfortable.

Looks like it was recently renovated, and the Marriott Courtyard was clean and great. I'd definitely stay again.
