I didn’t expect perfection, just a clean room without bedbugs. I took photos and will call the manager in the morning. Bring your own bug bomb, as a word of warning. The cleaning staff and manager Karen were really nice, though.

The cleaning staff are nice. But bring your own microwave or pay $10 a day for one. The so-called complimentary breakfast costs $5 a day, and you can’t take it out of the kitchen. Also, no smoking on the premises.

The mattress and box springs were filthy, and there were bedbugs and roaches. The rooms are decrepit. I had to switch rooms, though really I should’ve left and given it no stars. The health department needs to visit. Last time I’ll stay at a Rodeway.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I didn’t get my security deposit back because of an issue with the sheets, though they were already like that.

We’ve enjoyed every stay here. Love the staff, including the room cleaning staff!
