The quiet area made for a peaceful night's sleep, and the staff were really friendly. The building itself is lovely, but it feels very dated. From the popcorn ceiling to the bathroom, pretty much everything in the room needs updating. It needs a renovation.

The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and Ms Wendy mawyer was so down to earth and happy to help me get my room cleaned. I also enjoyed hearing about the hotel's history from Mrs Tiffany Jefferson at the front desk. General manager Mrs. Keisha Reeves was professional and took time to talk with me about the property. Everyone was friendly, and I had a grand experience at Lynchburg grand hotel!

We spent a week here for Liberty intensives and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The beds were comfortable, and staff were helpful. The downtown location also made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, especially with such a lovely breakfast staff. Recommend!!!!

It's a pet friendly place, and room service is quick with just a $2 delivery fee, so that's very affordable. There's no free breakfast, but the food they do offer is delicious and reasonably priced. My only issue is the lighting in my room. Even with every lamp on, it's still dim.

We booked two nights but ended up staying only one. The hotel is expensive for what it offers, and our king bed reservation turned into a room with two full beds. At check in, we were the only ones waiting but it took a while before anyone acknowledged us. Kevin was friendly and helpful once he came out. Those pillows were huge, and I really wish we'd brought our own.
