The Hub Murray Hill, BW Premier Collection

Those quiet rooms and reliable internet made the stay especially comfortable. Breakfast was dependable every morning, housekeeping was great, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Honestly, I wasn’t ready to leave.

Even during a packed week, the room stayed quiet and housekeeping took great care of it each day without interrupting me. The breakfast station was clean and kept stocked, too. The hotel managed the crowds well.

Breakfast has stayed reliably good, with plenty to choose from, and the dining area is always clean and well kept. I often fly into LaGuardia late and drive over, so it means a lot that the front desk is kind and helpful whether I arrive by day or night. The rooms are always clean.

I’ve paid more at other hotels and gotten less attentive service. Here the staff came across as sincere, my room had what I needed, and the whole trip went without a problem. The little lounge area by the entrance was a nice touch.
