Hyde Beach House 2902

We slept well every night because the bed was so comfortable, and the views from the property were stunning. Cleaning could have been more thorough, though. There also weren't enough bath linens for the number of guests, so we had to ask for extra towels when we arrived. A little more care with those details would make this a five-star stay.

We had a really fun day pass at the Hyde in Hallandale Beach. The pool view was great, the weather was lovely, and the beach is right across the street. Gina, who works by the pool, made things easy for us and stayed attentive with the towels, cabanas, pillows, and everything else. Excellent service, and a great experience. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my birthday here over the weekend, and we're definitely coming back. The beach is across the street, restaurants and shopping are nearby, and I loved how well equipped the gym was. Reception and valet were excellent from the moment we arrived. I rented two pool cabins for friends and family, and Gina deserves a special thank you. She was spectacular and always attentive, helping with whatever we needed, including my kids. She made us feel incredibly special with such personal service. My wife reminded me not to forget to mention her, and I couldn't leave without doing that. The whole stay was great. Thank you!

We waited what felt like forever for the elevators every time we needed to get to our room. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout, and the location was inconvenient, with little nearby for food, shopping, or things to do. It made the whole stay frustrating and poor value for the money. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
