I usually arrive very late, and the staff have always been accommodating with my special requests. The rooms are consistently clean whenever I come by. It’s also an affordable hotel in a part of town that feels safe.

The no-smoking rule makes a real difference. There’s no weed or cigarette smell, and no people acting high, asking for food or money, knocking on the wrong doors late at night, or shouting in the hall. It’s been quiet, clean, and a pleasant environment. The rooms are large and clean, the location is good, and everything works. The price is great too.

They’re quick to take your money, but when they accused me of damaging the room, they wouldn’t refund it or give me a key to retrieve my belongings. I had to call the police to get my things. They later called it a misunderstanding, but still wouldn’t return the money. There are privacy and policy problems too. They came into my room without permission and went through my things. They say they’re pet-friendly, but don’t accept cats, and the notice about that is hidden behind the desk where guests can’t see it. They ask whether you’re staying another night at 8am, even though checkout isn’t until 11am. One woman with a service dog was charged $100, while others are charged $60. Charging for a service dog is wrong. The man there is rude, and the woman at the front desk doesn’t seem to remember her job. I wouldn’t stay here. If you’re okay with people invading your privacy, overcharging you, and making accusations, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, find somewhere better.

The staff were probably the rudest I’ve ever dealt with, and I won’t be coming back. They advertise several amenities that weren’t actually there. All we found were a microwave, cable, and AC. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, or breakfast.
